His career spans 11 years in a specialized police counterterrorism unit, where he served as an operator, teamleader and instructor. During his duty, he was assigned to CPO task for Austrian and int. high politicians, diplomats and state guests within the EKO Cobra Unit, both local and international.
This extensive background has equipped him with unique skills and insights, establishing him as a respected leader in the security industry.
With 15 years of police SOF experience, including more than 10 years as a Tier One Operator & Training Instructor our Head of Human Resources combines operational expertise with a sharp eye for talent. He ensures that every candidate not only meets but exceeds our rigorous standards, shaping a team that is professional, resilient, and prepared for the challenges of modern security operations.
Stefan has served 16 years in active police duty, including 10 years in special operations units. He is a certified tactical operations and firearms instructor as well as a licensed weapons technician.
